Called to the bar in Lincoln's Inn, Chancery Lane, London.

1975 -1978 Graduated from Middlesex Polytechnic (University) London, with a Bachelor's of Law (Honours)

1985 Admitted on the Roll of the Advocates of the High Court of Kenya

EXPERIENCE

28.10.2003 Appointed as Acting Judge of the High Court of Kenya

1992 -27.10.03 Managing a Law Firm -MUHANJI KASANGO ADVOCATES

1987 -October 2003 Part-time Lecturer of the Kenya School of Law in Trust Account, the duties involve:- Lecturing students on the issues of Administration of Estates of deceased Persons and the Accounts that are kept by the administrators.
Setting professional examinations on the same.
Marking the professional examinations.

1985 -1991 Worked for Hamilton, Harrison and Mathews Advocates, the duties involved:-
(a) Obtaining instructions from clients, preparation of documents presented in court, preparation of trials, attending trials, preparation of appeal where necessary.
(b) Supervising subordinate staff.
The clients acted for amongst many others were Kenya Commercial Bank, National Bank of Kenya, ABN-Amro Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, General Motors, Brooke Bond Co. Ltd.
